Hi, I’m Chris Breed—a proud U.S. Air Force retired veteran and the founder of Breed Builders, LLC serving Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties in Florida. After retiring from the military in 2014, I found a new calling in home renovation and construction, driven by the same discipline, integrity, and attention to detail that guided my service.
My journey began with The Handy Husband, a small handyman business focused on everyday fixes and improvements. As demand grew, so did my ambition. I launched Emerald Coast Premier Renovations, specializing in high-end bathroom and kitchen remodels that helped homeowners fall in love with their spaces all over again.
Now, with Breed Builders, LLC I’ve expanded into full-scale new home construction—bringing dreams to life from the ground up. In 2024, I proudly completed my first custom home build, marking a new chapter in my commitment to quality craftsmanship and personalized service.
